Enable or Disable Macro

To temporarily disable a macro, highlight the macro from the list in the Keyboard Express - Explorer window and click on Macro > Disable Macro. The disabled macro is displayed in the macro list in red, italicized font. It will not function again until it has been Enabled. To enable the macro, click on the disabled macro and click on Macro > Enable Macro. The macro is now ready for use again.

Or right mouse click on the macro and select Enable or Disable from the context menu.

If a macro is disabled it will not execute, but the definition is retained for potential future use. This is helpful for those instances where a particular macro is not needed for a time, but may be needed later. Instead of deleting it and re-creating the macro later, simply disable it and re-enable in the future.
